What we collect and why

• Order details (your email, the product bought and the transaction reference), received from Paddle when you buy, to deliver your pack and support you. Legal basis: contract.
• Questionnaire answers (business details and the names and work contact details of the people you name as responsible), to generate your documents. Legal basis: contract. Please only enter work contact details that the people concerned are happy for you to use.
• Free policy requests (name, email, business name), to send you the policy and, if you agreed, occasional practical IT security emails. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Emails about your order, such as delivery, rollout tips and renewal reminders. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details. See Paddle's privacy notice.

Processors

We use Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Anthropic (to write sector-specific examples; we send only your sector, size, country, platform and types of data handled, never your company or people's names). They process data on our behalf under data processing terms. Some are based outside the EEA and rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records and generated packs: 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Free policy leads: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years without contact.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Paddle's checkout uses cookies necessary to process your payment.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@treora.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
