Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you buy a PolicyPack product from Treora Technologies Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in Ireland (CRO 822439).

Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

What you get

A pack of document templates tailored to the answers you give in our questionnaire, delivered as downloadable Word and PDF files. Pro packs include additional documents described on our pricing page. Annual Updates is a yearly subscription that lets you regenerate your pack and receive refreshed versions.

Not legal or professional advice

Our documents are professionally written templates. They are not legal, regulatory or insurance advice, and they are not a certification. You are responsible for reviewing them, adapting them to your business, and making sure the statements you make to insurers, clients and regulators are accurate.

Your answers

The content of your pack depends on your answers. Please make them accurate. We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete answers.

Licence

You may use, edit and copy the documents for your own business and its group companies. You may not resell them, redistribute them as templates, or use them to provide services to third parties.

Regeneration

Essentials includes one free regeneration within 30 days of purchase. Pro includes unlimited regeneration for 12 months. Annual Updates includes unlimited regeneration while active.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a security incident. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
